Administrative Assistant - Ankara (On-site)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Professional experience in tech. industry (preferably the gaming industry) is a plus.

  • Availability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries professionally.

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.

  • Project Assistance: Support executives with various projects, conducting research and compiling data as required.

Plusses

  • Professional experience in the gaming industry.

  • Experience working with multiple C-level executives.

  • Ability to time travel.
