Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Professional experience in tech. industry (preferably the gaming industry) is a plus.

Availability to travel frequently.
Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Communication: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries professionally.

Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.

Project Assistance: Support executives with various projects, conducting research and compiling data as required.
Plusses

Professional experience in the gaming industry.

Experience working with multiple C-level executives.

Ability to time travel.
